We recommend 2 Window Breakers for each car. One on your keys, and one clipped to the passenger sun visor. If you have 3 rows of seats, a 3rd window breaker attached to a rear headrests is suggested.

What Does This Warranty Cover?
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty ("Warranty") covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship of our 2-In-1 Emergency Survival Escape Tool purchased from AdventuresWithPurpose.com or authorized retailers. This includes issues related to the seat belt cutter, car window breaker, or any other components of the product.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, modifications, accessories; including, but not limited to the the visor clip, key ring, and zip ties, or any unauthorized repairs. Additionally, normal wear and tear or cosmetic damages are not covered. Lost or stolen items are also not included. Items purchased from unauthorized retailers or resellers are not covered by this Warranty. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this Warranty, as some state laws may not allow the exclusion or limitation of such damages.

How Long Does the Coverage Last?
Our Warranty lasts for as long as you own your Window Breaker.

How Do You Submit a Warranty Claim?
To be eligible for a warranty claim, please email sales@adventureswithpurpose.com to start your claim. Proof of purchase may be required, especially if the item was purchased from an authorized retailer or partner.

To ensure the integrity of our warranty program and prevent fraudulent claims, we reserve the right to investigate and verify the validity of any warranty claim submitted.

We may request additional information or evidence, such as photographs, proof of purchase, or other supporting documents, to validate the claim.

If it is determined that a warranty claim has been intentionally misrepresented or fraudulently submitted, we reserve the right to deny the claim and take appropriate legal action as necessary.

By submitting a warranty claim, you agree to cooperate fully in any investigation conducted by Adventures with Purpose regarding the validity of the claim.

What Will We Do?
Upon evaluation of your submitted Warranty claim, if we determine that the damage is caused by defects in materials or craftsmanship, we will replace your Window Breaker with the same style and color, subject to availability. If the style is sold out or discontinued, we will offer you an item of similar or reasonably equivalent style as determined by us.

No additional shipping, handling, or processing fees are required to submit or fulfill your Warranty claim.

How Does State Law Apply?
This Warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state.

Note: Our Warranty policy is subject to applicable laws and regulations, which may vary depending on your jurisdiction. This Warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
